Using high-powered magnification and experienced hands, we employ precision instruments to select, extract, and transplant your hair, one follicle at a time in a process called FUE (follicular unit extraction) hair transplant. We use a motorized punch that is manually operated to gently loosen each follicle from surrounding tissue. The size of the punch used to harvest follicles will be customized to your hair characteristics and can be as small as 0.75 millimeters. The primary benefit of this craft/method is that you avoid linear scarring, stitches, and staples in your donor area. This gives you the flexibility to wear a shorter hairstyle with no linear scar to conceal.
